The Falls at Whitetail Ranch
about the venue
The Falls at Whitetail Ranch is a private events venue located in the heart of Calhoun, GA conveniently off exit 315, I-75 N.
We offer 30 private landscaped acres that we are ready to fill with the best artisanal vendors NW Georgia (& beyond) has to offer.
The Falls includes a large 3,700 sq. ft. pavilion, 6 acre lake with gorgeous fountain and waterfall, wooden bridge & dock on the lake, a rustic cabin, large farmhouse & much more!
We host celebrations and events including weddings, engagements, birthdays, reunions, corporate events & so much more!

What is the deadline to sign up as a vendor for Something Blue?
There is no deadline! Sign-ups will close when the last spot is filled. There are 50 vendor spots available, first come first serve. We will email updates as spaces are filled!

Do you offer on-site parking?
Yes! Parking is conveniently located next to the covered pavilion.
Do you offer electricity for vendor booths?
Yes! In our covered pavilion we have electricity access for vendors. This is included in the premium booth package. You will however need to provide your own extension cords.
Are you pet friendly?
Unfortunately we are a non-pet friendly venue. Service animals however are permitted!
How do I become a vendor at Something Blue – Market at The Falls?
Are tables, chairs and tents included?
No – tables, chairs & tents must be brought by the vendors.
However we do offer a rental add on to your booth package!
$22 | Includes 1 – 60″ round table & 2 chairs
Additional chairs available for $3 per chair
For ease – these will be set up and broken down for you
